Hi, I am trying to use few material libraries of previous versions into 3ds Max Design 2009, but it doesent work. However when I did the same thing with version 9, that is I copied libraries of 8 and 2008 into project folder C: Documents and Settings User My Documents 3dsmax it worked fine. It still work sfor 3ds max 9. I also added paths for external files in 'Configure users path', changed the render sample size in material editor options as mentioned in some of the posts in this forum but no joy. Could anybody help me? Thanks in advance. Can you explain exactly what 'doesn't work' please.
